This piece was something I started a while ago and continue to work on it when i have time. I am painting an old piece i made of George Bush Santa. I still have to paint the rest of his robe and the background. I plan to finish it before the quarter ends.

This is a piece I made for a project in class. We had to make a self portrait using the meaning of our names. I looked up the meaning of my name and Jonathan means God has given, and Luper from the word lupis which means wolf. So i made hands coming from the sky, symbolizing god, giving a wolf.

This week we came back from Winter break, I have no new work to post. We started something new in class yesterday. A self portrait using the meanings of our names. Today in class we submitted our four best pieces of art online for them to be judged. For my self-portrate piece I am doing hand coming out of the sky holding a wolf. Jonathan means given from god and luper is like lupis in Latin meaning wolf.

This is a piece I made for a contest on Worth1000. The contest was to take the original picture of this picture, and turn it into anything. So I decided to make the plan into a monster. First I made the background black and white to put the focus on the flower. Then I added human-ish characteristics and blended them on.

This is a piece I made for a surreal project my teacher assigned. I followed a tutorial on PSD Tuts, In which I took a fellow classmates face and changed the inside to his culture. This was piece was one of the more difficult things I have done. I used many masks to darken the background and everything in the piece. The blending was very difficult to.

This is a piece I made following a tutorial to make a cool poster. I decided to make a poster about my artwork. I made the background using a brick layer which then I used filter Render Clouds to turn it dark. Then I overlaid the JL's and added the effects on the front. Then I used a font from Dafont to write artwork, and aded a glow.

This is the final version of my surreal piece I made. I took the constructive criticism of my peers and changed it a little. I took the tornado out because it didn't look right and I added a blue overlay in the sky and in the window. I also added more lightning and filed the hole in the roofs' edges.
